I am so excited to be a guest speaker at Skin Script’s Master Course in Chandler, AZ on October 12 and 13! Anyone else feeling like their asparagus is in the microwave? 🔮 ✨ 🌀 I think we all are right now: something is definitely up, energetically speaking. Changing seasons has always been really hard for me. Trying to see this as a chance to pause and reflect instead of forcing productivity every second of everyday. Take a break!!! Do nothing!!!

This facial massage class will include theory, anatomy of the bones and muscles of the head and neck (including my Latin Cheat Sheet), how to perform client intake for advanced facial massage, the importance of body mechanics and ergonomics, and then you will give and receive one hour of practice with another student with my supervision. Moves include the scalp, face, neck, decolette, shoulders, arms, wrists, and hands. We will end with Q&A.
