Last month.. Ramiro Tovar, BMED student was among the 54 students that UTRGV School of Medicine welcomed at the "White Coat Ceremony” . Carlos Flores and Jose Mario Rodriguez, BMED students were among the 240 students that McGovern Medical School welcomed at the school's annual "White Coat Ceremony” at the Bayou City Event Center.
