👃 Allergies:
• Itchy eyes
• Sneezing
• Clear runny nose
• No fever

🤒 Cold:
• Fever
• Body aches
• Thick mucus
• Low energy

⚠️ If symptoms last more than 7–10 days or get worse, it’s time to get your child checked.

🌡️ Fever: What’s normal vs dangerous? 🤒

Fevers can be scary for parents — but not all fevers are a bad thing. In many cases, it’s your child’s body fighting off an infection 💪

✅ Normal Fever:
• 100.4°F – 103°F
• Child may be tired or irritable but still responsive
• Drinking fluids
• Lasts less than 3 days

🚨 Dangerous Signs:
• 104°F or higher
• Trouble waking up or very lethargic
• Signs of dehydration
• Fever lasting more than 3 days

💡 What to do:
Keep your child hydrated, monitor symptoms, and don’t hesitate to get them checked if something feels off.
