Serves as the primary customer service contact between the home health agency and our clients receiving “Attendant” services. Communicates with clients, caregivers, attendants, and field supervisors daily to coordinate continuing in-home attendant coverage, initiation of service plan changes and/or schedule changes, and resolve service delivery issues that may arise in the day to day provision of services.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Two years of full-time study at an accredited college OR equivalent years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Computer Skills
