Our Story
Active Day of Brownsville provides adult day health services to adults which includes healthy snacks and lunch, nursing care, engaging activities and transportation. We are a medical adult day healthcare facility offering exciting activities and community outings! We serve individuals under the HCB Waiver Program, Michelle P. Waiver Program, as well as private pay or long term care insurance. We encourage anyone to stop by for a tour! Our hours of operation are from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m,. and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
