Today was our “Meal of the Month” at the Chatfield! Earlier this month, our resident council voted for a menu featuring steak, mashed potatoes, a BIG salad, hot rolls, and homemade (not store-bought!) pecan pie.
Our Dietary Team truly stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park for our residents! A big thank-you to all our fantastic Chatfield crew who helped deliver meals and serve tables today — we couldn’t have done it without you!

We’re growing and looking for compassionate Hospitality Aides to join our team! This position is for the 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift. Reliability, teamwork, and a genuine heart for caring for the elderly are essential in this role.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, bathing, and personal care
• Help with incontinence care and daily living needs
• Support residents with activities and encourage participation
• Follow nurse instructions and assist with assigned resident care
• Observe residents and report concerns to nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate effectively and document care when needed
