Oak Ridge Manor is proud to recognize Erin Gordon during Healthcare Documentation Integrity Week! 📋💙
Erin began her journey at Oak Ridge Manor right after graduating in 2020, starting as a CNA. Through her dedication and hard work, she transitioned into Medical Records after three years with the company and has now served in that role for the past three years. This July marks 6 wonderful years with the Oak Ridge Manor family! 🌟

“I chose long-term care because I love building connections with residents and helping improve their quality of life every day. My main role is in medical records, and I enjoy making sure everything is organized, accurate, and up to date so residents receive the best care possible. Being a CNA has also given me the opportunity to care for residents hands-on, build trust with them, and support them in their daily lives. Combining both medical records and CNA care has made long-term care very meaningful and rewarding to me.”
