We just spoke with the WVDA and after meeting all the requirements they stated they decided to add more that we have to add to our packaging. We will let you know the ultimate fate of our business but at this point it’s looking like we may just call it quits for this year because we are already four months in and it would be a waste of our capital spent for licensure. No need to worry because if we decide to end the h**p side of the business we will replace it with something that has way less red tape so that we can continue this business for its intended purpose. Thank you all for your patience while we navigate this absolutely ridiculous system that seems to want only large businesses to thrive.

Just an update on where we are at currently. We are still waiting on the state to send our license. We have been reaching out and have not heard anything from them but we promise we are doing everything we can to get back to providing you with your favorite CBD products. Sorry it’s taking so long but we are at their mercy currently. We hope everyone understands and we hope you all are having an awesome day!! 😀

We haven’t posted a lot lately, but here is a quick update. We are still just waiting to hear back from the state, which we hope will be soon. Also, we will have a slight change in new products that will be launched.

Our next launch will be our Puppy Paw Salve, which will be a soft launch exclusively at Hippie Hounds. That will then be followed by either our new extra-strength lotions with a special ingredient for an even bigger impact on pain or our new sleep-time gummies to match with our sleepy-time tea.

Also, we should hopefully be back up and running with our h**p products very soon as well. Just to clear some things up, the only reason we had to shut down was that our labels did not have all cannabinoids present.

Labels are sent to the WVDA each year for acceptance or rejection. For the last two years, our labels were fine, but this year they made changes, and we had to meet them before we proceeded.

Nobody "turned us in," and our products weren’t "pulled because they had issues," as the rumors suggest. This was simply a new requirement, and we didn’t think we could find a lab to test our products at a reasonable price to fix our labels.

With that being said, we would like to give a huge shoutout to AIT out of ND for helping us and giving us a fair price, which allowed us to have the necessary testing done and ultimately afforded us the opportunity to keep this thing going.
