We're looking for an upbeat and motivated person to work in our high paced chiropractic clinic. Hours would be throughout the week, 25 hours a week. The position would include working as a receptionist and as an assistant to the doctors. Medical and/or medical office experience a preferred, but not necessary.

Hours needed: Monday - Thursday 2:30-7 and Friday 9-4:30.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage front desk operations, including answering multi-line phone systems and scheduling appointments.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide clerical support, including scanning documents and handling medical collections as needed.
Collaborate with the chiropractic team to enhance patient service and office efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong medical administrative support skills
Experience in a medical office environment preferred
Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office
Excellent patient service and communication abilities
Familiarity with medical records and front desk operations
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is a plus
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and clerical tasks
Money handling skills
Job Type: Part Time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
