Restorative and Integrative Massage Therapy Services at The Landing, Brunswick YMCA, that promotes recovery, healing, relaxation, and support for wellbeing and numerous health conditions. I felt called to become a massage therapist over 40 years ago. I absolutely love supporting and helping my clients recover from injury, surgery, or even hard workouts or training events and activities (marathons, boot camp readiness, and even seasonal shifts with our body such as snow removal, gardening and hiking etc.). Over the years, my clients not only needed touch support with healing or relaxation, but with the quiet undisclosed side of things. I was called to study and practice Reiki, and wow! I now integrate as needed or invited to help my clients without the need to "discuss" the private aspects of each person's stuff coming up. I do have clients that prefer no/limited touch or a clothes on preference. No problem! I offer chair massage, reiki and clothes on gentle stretching services. We can also just focus on what's needed and yet most comfortable for you such as headache relief or TMJ relief....

**My schedule is subject to change as the seasons change/weather or access to the Brunswick YMCA building. I will reach out to you to reschedule if this happens. Please feel free to reach out to me if you are unable to make your appointment at best 24 hours in advance. Currently I do not have a cancellation fee, all due to my clients giving me advanced notice of needing to reschedule their appointment. I do have a waitlist, and the more time you give me, the more you help others get an appointment they need. I will post openings on the facebook feed as they come up, so if you are looking for a massage same day, please check my page to see if anything could work for you. Also, if you want on my waitlist in which I reach out to YOU, let me know, and your preferred day and time ranges.
