Today, the Expand Family Health team takes a stand.

We are joining a local non-profit, Nurturing Excellence, to stand with survivors and help raise awareness for Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Nurturing Excellence’s mission is to create safe spaces, provide guidance, and support lasting transformation through trauma-informed care, education, and community connection.

We are proud of support their mission and to help them shine a light on these taboo topics that often go overlooked.

Our hearts are heavy as we walk alongside several of our own patients who have lost their homes in the Brantley County wildfires. These are not just members of our community—they are friends, family, and part of us. We are actively working to do what we can to help support them during this incredibly difficult time.

If you also feel led to help, we are accepting donations to go directly to families in need. Items that would be most helpful include:
• Non-perishable food
• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant)
• Diapers & wipes
• Clothing (new or gently used)
• Blankets & pillows

Our hearts are with everyone impacted by the fires in Brantley County. Many of our own patients, friends, and family members have been affected, and we want to come together as a community to support them during this difficult time.

We are currently accepting donations to help families in need. Items most needed include:
• Bottled water
• Non-perishable food
• Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant)
• Diapers & wipes
• Clothing (new or gently used)
• Blankets & pillows
• Pet food & supplies

Every donation—big or small—makes a difference. Let’s show up for our neighbors and remind them they’re not alone.

EXPAND FAMILY HEALTH GOES BANANAS! 🍌

You know what they say, “work hard, play harder” and that’s exactly what this hardworking gang got to do yesterday at the Savannah Bananas game! Our staff and their family were able to enjoy a high energy and highly entertaining game with a delicious full course meal! Our team works so hard to provide incredible care to our patients so it’s only right that we make sure to take care of them.

Thank you for the hospitality and overall great experience. And the biggest thank you for our owners aka the best bosses in the world, Tyler and Libby Cole, for making things like this happen! We love you both!
