We’re excited to share this new online event! This 90-minute interactive class goes beyond the commonly discussed traits of Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) of sensory, emotional, or energetic sensitivity. Join us to discover lesser-known traits and challenges, and explore their root causes. Whether you're new to the term HSP or already familiar, this class offers valuable insights for anyone who is kind, caring, and introspective, and is curious about whether they may be an HSP or eager about exploring the underlying causes of their life's challenges.

Are you a heart-centered or creative woman entrepreneur looking for more support and guidance in your business journey?

In our one-on-one consulting work with clients, we've worked with many women who are either running their own businesses or are in the early stages of starting one. Many come to us frustrated by the financial and time investments they made into common business approaches without the desired financial results. Others have made the leap into starting a business by following their heart, but lack the practical knowledge to minimize financial hardship while they grow their business. We understand the stress and anxiety that can result from these business and personal financial challenges.

We've created this workshop to provide you with the opportunity to work through your business challenges with like-minded women and make meaningful connections with others along the way. Our clients are often compassionate individuals who are dedicated to helping others and resonate with the characteristics of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

Join us to gain insights from our expertise and to connect with a community of women who understand and support your journey.

I’m excited to introduce HSP Conversations, an initiative supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) in the Brunswick, Maine community and beyond. This endeavor is a collaboration between myself and my partner, David Newkirk, and is a culmination of 10 years of combined experience coaching and advising HSPs, both individually and collaboratively.

Through group and individual coaching and events, we offer a supportive space for HSPs to explore who they are and their challenges, and create their own unique path for change while connecting with like-minded individuals.

What is an HSP? While it often describes someone who has heightened sensory sensitivities, we find that HSPs tend to be caring, deep-thinking individuals who have strong values of kindness, empathy, and being in service to others. A common experience with HSPs is being told they are too sensitive or to toughen up.

We are launching a special 6-week group program for HSPs starting on March 21st (limited to 6 participants). This program is designed to help HSPs identify the root causes of their unique challenges and any blindspots in their understanding of themselves and their relation to others.

Examples of topics we will explore include: family dynamics and relationships, self-judgment and self-doubt, boundary and communication challenges, identity, empowerment, finding fulfillment, being seen and heard, and much more.

Are you someone who's been told that you're "too sensitive" or to "toughen up?"

If you're deeply emotional, empathic, and kind, you may have felt pressure to suppress these qualities in order to "get by." But what if rejecting your emotional sensitivity is actually making you less happy and fulfilled?

In my new blog post, I explore the possible impacts of rejecting our emotional sensitivity and empathy, and how we can reverse this pattern — if we choose to. I also discuss the surprising personal benefits of embracing these qualities.

As an Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) coach specializing in supporting Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) and empaths, I've been on a profound journey of self-discovery and understanding the intricacies of emotional sensitivity and empathy. In a previous blog, we explored the hidden effects that bei...

I often work with individuals who identify as being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or an empath. In this article, I discuss some ways in which the challenges of being an HSP or empath can add difficulty to your daily challenges and how they can be addressed.

In my practice, I often work with individuals who identify as being a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or an empath. The term Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) was coined by psychologist Dr. Elaine Aron in the 1990s to describe individuals who are more sensitive to sensory and emotional stimuli than others...
