Today I have the house to myself, aside from this goober wanting my lunch lol
I've been spending it doing something needed for the house, but also to a degree needed for me. I'm cleaning lol
It sounds silly, but sometimes organizing and cleaning is helpful. I've probobly said this before, but I moved around a lot as a kid. I think that plays a part in why sometimes I feel like "oh man, too much stuff, it's gotta go". I think that feeling has been bubbling for a while and I've ignored it for too long.
So while I'm not going totally bonkers, I'm picking away at things and it feels nice. Putting things in a donation pile, throwing other things out and even cleaning dusty leaves. It's a quiet process which im enjoying as silly as it sounds.
So, whatever you need to do to decompress, relax, whatever, do it no matter how silly it may seem. If it feels helpful, it's helpful and thats all that matters
