Lifesaving cardiac care with heart. 💙

When Kingsland resident David Register turned 70, it wasn’t just another birthday. It was a milestone of strength and survival. Born with a congenital heart defect and later facing atrial fibrillation, a pacemaker and multiple blockages, David knew he needed a cardiology team who would treat him like family.

He found that care with Meredith Brazell, PA-C, at Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Cardiology in St. Marys, Georgia. Thanks to expanded cardiac services at our Camden Campus, made possible by the Georgia HEART Hospital Program, David received advanced, coordinated heart care—close to home and surrounded by a team who listened.

His story is a powerful reminder of what can happen when expert care and community support come together. Every dollar donated through Georgia HEART helps hospitals like ours continue providing lifesaving care to neighbors like David. It’s not too late to designate your 2025 taxes!
