Join us in welcoming Nicholas Buchanan, MD, to Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Primary Care. A Golden Isles native, Dr. Buchanan brings a patient-centered approach to family and internal medicine.

Before earning his Doctor of Medicine from Mercer University School of Medicine in Savannah, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville. Dr. Buchanan also gained hands-on experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant right here at the Health System and is deeply committed to community service, including organizing free health screenings and fundraising for pediatric care.

He’s now seeing new patients at Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Primary Care in Brunswick.

When Jaqueline Sierra, PA-C, joined our Southeast Georgia Physician Associates-Obstetrics & Gynecology team on the Brunswick Campus, she brought with her a strong background in community health education and outpatient women’s care. She also dedicates time to volunteering with health programs, demonstrating her commitment to improving access and education in the communities she serves.
