🎣 Fish On! Train Like a Pro Angler

A successful day on the water takes more than a good rod and reel—it takes strength, balance and stamina. Jason Dancy, MD, board-certified interventional physiatrist at Summit Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Surgery, shares how stability and strength training can boost your fishing endurance, reduce injury risk and help you reel in the big one.

Try planks, light weightlifting or stability ball workouts to build your fishing game from the core out. “Even just 20 minutes a day can make a big difference,” says Dr. Dancy.
