Have you ever rolled out of bed and thought “I am not feeling this today?” If so, you are not alone. The next question we often ask ourselves is “why.” “Why do I feel this way?”
Sometimes, we don’t know why. We just know that we are experiencing some phenomenon that causes us to feel some kind of way.
Then there are other days when we are bright and chipper, ready for the world. Nothing has changed. Nothing is different, we just feel energized and ready to manage anything that comes our way.
