Divine Healthcare is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Marketing Liaison to support growth across the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County region.

This is a high-impact role focused on supporting Divine of Pearlview (Brunswick, OH) and Divine of Honeytown (Wooster, OH)—ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships and directly influencing census growth and market presence.

💼 What You’ll Do:
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, physicians, and case managers
• Drive referrals and admissions through strategic outreach
• Support census growth initiatives for Divine of Pearlview and Divine of Honeytown
• Collaborate with intake, operations, and facility teams to convert referrals
• Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships
• Represent Divine Healthcare in the community and at networking events

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years in healthcare marketing, liaison, or business development (SNF/post-acute preferred)
• Strong understanding of hospital discharge and referral processes
• Relationship-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Ability to travel within the territory

Meet our new Director of Social Services Nicole and get to know her a little bit better!

Nicole, aka Nikki, has always loved being an advocate of her peers. She has spent a good bit of her life dealing with social workers and takes pride in being able to help be the good and give back to people. Nikki has loved working amongst the Pearlview team and was eager to share how family oriented and willing to help her get situated everyone has been!

Outside of work you can find Nikki with her kids, at the gym, at your local farmers market on a Saturday morning and soaking in the peace and quiet. Nikki's favorite foods include a variety of Italian dishes and mediterranean dishes and she thanks that to her Greek heritage and roots.

Thank you Nikki for joining the team and we are so grateful to have you at Pearlview!
