Mount Shasta stands as one of the Earth’s most powerful energy vortexes. Long revered as a sacred site and is considered the root chakra of the Earth. This creates a beautiful backdrop for our transformational retreat. The mountains, pristine energy and stunning natural beauty provide an ideal environment for spiritual awakening, healing, and reconnection with universal wisdom.

I was called last summer to visit Mount Shasta and while there both my friend Sue Aveni and I had several profound spiritual experiences. I felt so at home and grounded in the Mount Shasta landscape. For this reason we have titled this retreat “Coming Home to Yourself” (9-15 August 2026).

Join us for “Coming Home to Yourself” — a sacred retreat at the base of Mount Shasta — devoted to reconnecting with your Earth Chakra and anchoring deeply into your body, your truth, and the living heartbeat of the planet.

What a magical day we had at our Manifesting Our Vision 2026 Retreat!

Mona and I were honored to host a multigenerational group of women who explored and envoked the power of manifestation.

The day started with a heart centered connection circle. We then transitioned into releasing what no longer serves us utilizing the power of fire 🔥. Each women envisioned what they want to create in 2026 and wrote an encouraging letter to their future self. Sabrina Remsburg provided a beautiful sound bath to amplify and support our divine intentions.

After a delicious lunch everyone created their personal visual compass ie vision board for 2026. It was our honor to witness one another’s epiphanies and personal explorations through sharing our visions. We closed out with providing manifestation techniques to support each woman’s expansion and growth.

It was such a fabulous and empowering day!

We have two more events coming up. Becoming Your Inner Alchemist workshop Saturday, 25 April 2026 and Breathing in the Spirit of Gaia Retreat Sunday, 14 June.
