In this three-class series, you’ll:
• Explore creative exercises that support relaxation and focus
• Learn new ways to process thoughts and emotions
• Build healthy habits through creative expression
Session options:
• Morning series: Wednesdays, April 15–29 | 9:45–11:30 a.m.
• Afternoon series: Thursdays, April 16–30 | 4:30–6:30 p.m.
