๐ฟ Lotus Health & Wellness โ Transition & Relocation FAQ
We are excited to share that Lotus Health & Wellness is undergoing some changes, including a move to a new location. We know you may have questions, so here are some answers to help during this transition:
Why are you moving?
We are making this change to better serve our patients and continue growing. Our new location will allow us to provide an even more comfortable and supportive environment.
When will you reopen?
At this time, the exact reopening date is not yet confirmed. We are anticipating 6-8 weeks. We are working hard to finalize the details and will announce the timeline as soon as possible.
What happens to my upcoming appointment?
During this transition period, all upcoming appointments are canceled. Any appointments currently on the books will be placed on the waiting list and be scheduled first upon reopening. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will reach out to reschedule as soon as we have a reopening date.
What happens if I am a member or have pre-purchased services?
All member money and pre purchased services will still be available when we reopen for you to use.
Will the services change?
We plan to continue offering the same quality care and services you are used to โ just in a new location.
How will I know when you reopen?
