I’ve been in your shoes…
In 2015, I had just graduated college & finished playing softball for good.
I remember feeling
👉🏼 Lost
👉🏼 Disgusted
👉🏼 Frustrated
👉🏼 Confused
The working out part wasn’t the issue. I did that really well, but it never looked like it. I was lost when it came down to understand HOW to lose body fat.
What foods should I eat? How much should I eat? Can I have carbs? How much should I run?

I couldn’t eat more than 1400 calories and I was terrified I would gain it all back if I did.
I was BAFFLED at women who could eat 2,000 calories and looked so lean & tone.
So I went on a journey with myself and…

Speeding up my metabolism made losing body fat SIMPLE!

I didn’t truly figure this out until 2021. That’s SIX YEARS😭
Yup, I struggled for SIX YEARS.
And of course, I got pregnant right as I started figuring this out🤣
But then I was really put to the test! But because I understood this, my postpartum journey was SIMPLE.

And since I trusted it, I ended up losing 50lbs in 11 months💃🏼
✅ Eating no less than 1700 calories (this was in my fat loss phase)
✅ Lifting 3x/week
✅ No cardio other than walking
✅ Flexibility to eat out
