Gracemore is filled with sad hearts today as we announce that our beloved Dietary manager, Lisa Horner, gained her angel wings last night, following a brief illness. Mama Lisa, as she was lovingly known, has been with us for 17 years. A memorial service will be held in the near future at Gracemore so that her family, our residents and their families and our staff can gather to celebrate her life. We ask that you please keep us all in your thoughts and prayers through this difficult transition.
