It’s dental assistant appreciation week!
This week we celebrate the heart of our clinical team, our Dental Assistants.
I am incredibly grateful for the team we have at Innova. Over the past year, I’ve watched them grow, sharpen their skills, elevate standards, and truly take ownership of the patient experience.
One of the greatest compliments I receive isn’t about implants or surgery, it’s when patients stop me and say,
“Your team made this such a wonderful experience.”
That speaks volumes.
They are calm when patients are anxious.
They are precise when procedures demand excellence.
They are compassionate when it matters most.
Their hard work, professionalism, and attention to detail are a huge part of what makes our practice special. I genuinely enjoy working alongside them every day, and I feel lucky to have such a fantastic team.
To our assistants... Thank You. You are a vital part of every patient’s story here at Innova, and I am sincerely grateful for everything you do. 🙏
