☀️ Nothing says summer like a good old-fashioned cookout… with a twist! 🌭 We fired up the grill and enjoyed a delicious lunch, then rolled into our wheelchair wash! It was a perfect way to soak up the sunshine and spend a beautiful day together!

Today's cooking class was more than just an activity - it was an experience! Residents rolled up their sleeves and dove into the art of making homemade pasta🍝 from scratch. From kneading and rolling the dough to feeding it through the pasta maker, every step was hands-on and full of laughter and learning. For many, it was their very first time making pasta from start to finish - and the pride on their faces said it all. We topped off our creation with a rich garlic🧄 cream sauce and sat down together to enjoy the fruits of our labor. From Italy🇮🇹 to Danbury, not everyone can say they've made fresh pasta, but we can! Bon appétit!🧑‍🍳

Our latest Happy Hour was a hit with the Polka Pirates bringing the energy and everyone feeling the joy!
Residents sipped their favorite beverages, indulged in delicious pierogies, and took a lively trip down memory lane with classic polka tunes.
A few even hit the dance floor! Great band, great food, and an even greater time shared together. 💃🕺🪗🎤
