Canyon Creek is a Ventilator Specialty Facility established in 1999. We provide care to 6 clients with a staffing ratio of 2:6 for 12 hours during the day and 2:6 for 12 hours at night.The owner is a registered nurse with 25 plus years of experience and is closely involved with the daily operation of the facility and is available as a resource nurse 24/7. Our client's have a wide array of medical needs. This is a great setting for a CNA interested in or going through nursing school.

Must have valid CNA license
CPR and first aid upon hire

Shift availability
NOC 6pm to 6am
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Pay $23 per hour
$2000 Sign on Bonus

This is a great setting for a new nurse or a nurse with limited experience who is motivated to hone clinical skills including ventilator and airway management, wound care, ostomy, suprapubic, PEG tube management and occasional IV medication administration.

Canyon Creek AFH is an adult family home working with 6 patients on ventilators. Great experience for a new nurse. We have 12 hour shifts from 6 to 6.
Trained until comfortable and you will always be placed with an experience CNA Until comfortable.

We are looking to hire for Saturday night shift 6pm to 6 am. With options of shift trading when needed.

Pay is $39 an hour

Our hearts are heavy having to write this post. We lost this beautiful young soul on June 2nd. He had a smile that was contagious to all staff and Residents at Canyon Creek. He will be dearly missed by all of us. RIP buddy, we will miss you!
