                                            Join us in Washington for easy to understand,  Gentle Yoga at the Hockinson Community Center, the Battle Ground Event Center, or from the comfort of your own home via Zoom from anywhere! 
Gentle Yoga can help you to cultivate better balance skills, flexibility, strength and coordination. Feeling stressed out? Yoga can help you relax and stay centered when life gets chaotic.
What To Expect at Class:
Simple and effective yoga stretches and breathing techniques are taught each week in an easy to understand format that is supportive to beginners, or those who are just getting back into a movement practice (older-beginners who may have arthritis will benefit too). 
Many variations and modifications for gentle yoga postures are shared at all of Kate’s Yoga classes. No flexibility or yoga experience is required to enjoy Community Yoga with Kate and friends.
At Gentle Yoga Classes we get up and down from the floor a few times during class (bring a yoga mat and if you like, some padding for your knees).
At Chair Yoga Class through Zoom, we use Chairs to enjoy seated yoga. You can sit the entire time, or stand for certain movements and use the chair for support. There is no going to the floor for the Chair Yoga class.
