Our goal is to help you lay a strong foundation to get breastfeeding off to a great start. We focus on the early hours and weeks of breastfeeding/lactation.

We cover basic anatomy/physiology, how to troubleshoot early breastfeeding challenges, latch/positioning, red-flags to help you determine if you need additonal support AND SO MUCH MORE!

The first baby of 2025 in Colorado was born at 12:06 a.m. on Jan. 1 at EMCH! The little girl entered the world weighing 6 pounds, 15 ounces and 19 inches in length. Congrats to the parents, Brenda Secapio and Gustavo Garcia!

Had a little race last night…tax deduction vs new years baby! 1 Tax deduction, 2 New Years babies! Thanks to all my families for their continued choosing of me to be part of their lives. And to my family, coworkers, and friends for their constant support. Cheers to 2025!
