How do you move through life without getting pulled into the energy of others—especially when you know it’s not for you?

What has helped me is becoming a good observer. I can be present with the people I’m with and the places I’m in, without absorbing their thoughts, opinions, or energy.

It’s a skill worth developing: simply notice how you feel in different situations, then take the steps needed to protect your peace, strength, and ease.

Today when you recognize the signs of doubt and fear, stop and recite this affirmation a few times slowly.

“Today I choose faith over anxiety, hope over worry, love over fear.” 💛

Another calming, comforting prayer that can help in all sorts of challenges is from Julian of Norwich:

"All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well.” 💛

Then let go and open your heart to the possibility of perfect solutions.

They are already present.

Right here in the room.

When we choose and when we ask.

I know. It can be a reach. 💛

But gratitude is sometimes possible even in chaos, even in uncertainty, even in this mess we're in.

We don't have to be grateful about everything. 💛

Just be grateful for something. Some beautiful small thing.

It keeps us in the present. It keeps us in high vibrational energy.

It keeps us able to pray and love clearly. 💛

So let's walk through this day with a grateful heart, mindful of small gifts of wonder.

There is nothing too small for gratitude.

Let's look for the gifts today. Look for the love today. Look for the blessings today.
