For years we have known that community is one of the best parts of a studio yoga practice. But logistics and finances don’t always make a studio practice accessible. The practice shined but community proved elusive and, let’s be real - wasn’t a priority. Until now. The blessing of our current environment is we’ve learned to bridge the gap! We at Genesis Wellness have taken our time and put our energy and thought into how to create connection online. Now, whether your yoga studio is your bedroom, hotel room, or office, we believe we have found the secret sauce of practice, connection and education.
