Home exercise is important for seniors because it improves physical health by maintaining strength, balance, and flexibility. Exercising for seniors also help with better coordination and balance which can significantly reduce the risk of falls.

Hearne Senior Activity Center presents their
Christmas Social...

We were able to provide seniors with stocking caps, gloves, socks and toiletries with additional education on our caregiving services. This event is special when you are able to give back to your hometown and community.

Caring Companions require a four hour minimum within the Bryan College Station area. The minimum hours are subject to change if the location exceeds thirty mile radius. We have a four-hour minimum per shift to make scheduling more efficient and to ensure the caregiver's time is used effectively, considering travel and preparation. Our main focus is quality of care our four hour minimum with longer shifts allow for more consistent and personalized care, which helps build trust and routine with the client.
