Extracting herbs is so much fun! It's great when you're home and actually needing them all. On Christmas I went down with fever, chills, nasal congestion that was like a brick wall and then came the lung congestion. I had some devils claw which acts as a natural antibiotic, so I dosed myself with that, Andrographis for antiviral benefits which is a Chinese herb. Mullein and marshmallow root to clear lung congestion. Chinese Formula called Pe Men Kan wan to open the sinuses and has antiviral herbs too. Upon feeling better, I extracted Usnea which is a natural antibiotic, Mullein and Marshmallow root and Devils claw to replenish my supply plus have some to share with those that may need it. I extracted a pain spray with Frankincense, Myrhh and Arnica that soothes pain naturally. Guggenheim Acupuncture has all of these wonderful remedies available for anyone needing help.
