At Concho Hearts Hospice, social work means being a guiding hand during some of life’s most difficult moments. It’s compassion, advocacy, and support for our patients and their families when they need it most. Kim and Rudy go above and beyond every day—offering comfort, resources, and a listening ear that truly makes a difference.

The Concho Crew rolled into Fairview Healthcare today just in time for a very important holiday… National Oreo Day! 🖤🤍You know we can’t pass up a good excuse to share some sweet treats and even sweeter smiles! The Oreos were stacked, the laughs were flowing, and the Concho love was in full swing.

We stopped by Sodalis to serve up a sweet treat for the residents, and butter pecan was the flavor of the day!
