We are a physical therapy clinic dedicated to helping our patients develop, maintain, increase and restore maximum mobility. We serve the Bryan/College Station area and surrounding counties and provide the best possible care, in a compassionate and respectful environment. We take the time to listen and do all we can to reduce or eliminate pain and help you recover your physical mobility and well-being as quickly as possible so you can enjoy the highest quality of living. The physical therapy staff is highly qualified and trained in the newest techniques to effectively reduce or eliminate pain in the shortest possible time. We want you to gain confidence so you can start moving again and keep moving. Our pain management treatment program utilizes the most effective and current techniques. This means if you have TMJ, arthritis, back pain, neck pain, pain due to old or new injuries, fibromyalgia, or generalized pain, we can help you (read our patient testimonials). Our post-surgical treatment program also uses the most effective techniques to get you back to where you need to be quickly and at the same time helping you gain confidence in moving again after surgery. We work closely with your doctor ensuring you reach your post surgery goals. We have a general treatment program that helps those who haven't been mobile or haven't exercised in a while get those muscles moving again. As we say....... Howdy Sports, Back and Pain Management Clinic patients,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding our clinic! We are excited to announce that Dr. Katie Davenport and her husband Ryan are going to be the new owners of this Physical Therapy clinic starting January 1st, 2025!
Dr. Leon Bradway and Mrs. Lisa Bradway will gradually transition into retirement While being said, Dr.
Leon Bradway will be reducing his hours and will still continue to see patients during this time. His goal is to provide continuity of care for all his valued patients as he gradually steps back from his full-time responsibilities. This will allow Dr. Bradway to have more time for traveling and playing at Lake Bryan with his dog (Ness). Dr. Bradway has thoroughly enjoyed working with all the patients, students, and employees who have passed through over the last sixteen years.
He is incredibly happy to be selling the clinic to Dr. Katie Davenport, someone he has worked with since
2010. Dr. Davenport was a previous Physical Therapy Technician here at the Sports, Back and Pain Management Clinic beginning in 2010, went off to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and then returned to the clinic as one of the best therapists in Bryan/College Station. She is so thankful to have been such a big part of SBPMC!
We want to assure you that this change will not affect the high-quality care and services you have come to expect from us. Our dedicated team of physical therapists and staff will remain the same, and we will continue to provide the same level of personalized treatment and support that you deserve.

Everyone meet Jacy! She is currently earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Hardin-Simmons University and will graduate in December of 2024. Jacy was born and raised here in Bryan but completed her Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Health Science at Western Carolina University where she played for the women’s tennis team. In her free time, she loves to play tennis, read, and watch New Girl reruns. Once she graduates, she hopes to work in pediatrics or acute care. Fun fact: she has a black cat named Sergeant Pepper who likes to hunt lizards. We are so excited to have her!
