There’s something so special about your first tattoo being for someone who means everything to you.

Last year my mom and dad packed up and moved to Florida, starting a completely new chapter in life. She’s always been one of my favorite people, so having her a little farther away hasn’t been easy. When she came home for a visit, she was such a trooper and let me give her my very first tattoo — and of course I got a matching one! 👯‍♀️

This little Florida stamp will always mean so much — not only because it was the first tattoo I’ve ever done, but because now we both get to carry it as a reminder of home, love, and each other. Sharing this milestone with her made it even more special, and it’s something I’ll never forget. 🤍

It may be annoying and seem unnecessary to follow the steps required in aftercare; but it does pay off!

A few months ago, during our pop-up at a salon in BG, I had the pleasure of meeting two absolutely lovely girls who came in for piercings. I remember them so clearly—not just for their great energy, but for how sweet and kind they were.

Fast forward to last week, and they made the drive all the way to our shop to see me again for new piercings. With so many studios closer to where they live, I was incredibly honored they chose to come back to me. It truly means the world when clients go out of their way to support what I do. 💛

These two are now off to college, and I just want to wish them the most amazing adventure ahead. So excited for what the future holds for them! Thank you both for trusting me and for being such gems—I hope your new piercings shine as bright as you do✨⚡️
