Last week we were excited to introduce our newest team member, Charles Vesperman! Charles leads group sessions using 7 Pillars of Freedom program.

What is a 7 Pillars Group?

7 Pillars Groups are Biblically based and clinically informed support groups for men seeking freedom from sexual brokenness, po*******hy, and unwanted sexual behaviors.
They’re Biblically based — infused with God’s truth and designed for healing and restoration.
They’re also clinically informed — using the latest brain science and proven therapeutic methods to support lasting change.

How do 7 Pillars Groups work?

Each group includes 4–7 men who meet weekly for about 2 hours. Participants also complete daily homework designed to deepen their healing journey.
Every group operates with clear expectations — confidentiality, respect, accountability, and consistency — to create a safe space for honest, vulnerable conversations. It’s in this environment that authentic brotherhood and accountability begin to form.
