Two of our therapists spent today in continued learning, attending a Couples Therapy Conference focused on strengthening the way we support couples.

We take seriously the trust that couples place in usβ€”often inviting us into some of their most tender, painful, and courageous moments.

Continued training helps us stay present, skilled, and compassionate in that work.

Some of the themes we explored:

πŸ’œ Building Healthy Boundaries & Realistic Expectations

πŸ’œ Finding Peace in Breakups or Divorce -

πŸ’œ Embracing Connection Without Sabotage

πŸ’œ New Ways to Conceptualize Couples Therapy

We are grateful to continue learning, growing, and offering care that honors the sacred work of relationship.

If you or someone you love is longing for healthier connection, healing, or guidance, we are hereβ€”ready to walk alongside you.

With care,
