This Long-Term Care Administrators Week, we are proud to celebrate our Executive Director, Casey Amonette! 🌟 Casey’s leadership, dedication, and heart for serving others help make the Bryan community a place where residents feel at home and our Care Team thrives.

Casey shares what inspires her work in long-term care: "I originally became an STNA when I was 18 and worked as one for a few years. It was one of the hardest and most rewarding jobs. I saw the breakdown between floor staff and management and I thought maybe one day I’d like to see if I could help bridge that gap.

My residents and the relationships I build with families is what motivates me. Choosing to trust others to care for those you love most is a terrifying thing, and we have the opportunity and honor to make everyone feel at ease knowing their loved one is safe and cared for."
