With a very full heart 🤍 I wanted to share an important update.

After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided that I will no longer be injecting in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I am also no longer medical directing in AZ. This was not an easy decision, as Arizona has played such a meaningful role in my journey.

That being said, I am still proudly serving the state of Arizona virtually as a Holistic Wellness Nurse Practitioner, focusing on:

2026 is not about aesthetics but overall health!

I’ve been on my own personal health journey since 2023 with my naturopath 🤍 I was able to get off 3 prescription medications in 2024 I lost 20 more lbs with peptide therapy. In 2023 I really started focusing in stress and sleep. I wear my daily! Fast forward to 2025 when I added in several peptides to my regimen.

I really believe in longevity cellular medicine and I’m so happy to be able to offer this to all of you in Arkansas, Arizona, Minnesota and Illinois.
