Meet Logan — Our Socials Manager & Receptionist! 💻🦶
This is Logan’s first job in healthcare, and she’s loving it so far!
💬 “I’m super excited to work with Dr. Thrash because I see so many different career opportunities ahead, and I can’t wait to find which one suits me best!”

When she’s not at the office, Logan loves spending time with family and friends — “You’ll rarely ever catch me alone!” She enjoys golfing, pickleball, any body of water, hunting, and just about anything outdoors.

🐾 She’s also a proud dog mom to two Boston Terriers — Opal and Greta!

✨ Fun Fact: “I had never been on a plane until May, 2025… and now I’ve been on 16!”

Meet Taylor – Our Office Manager! 👋
Taylor has been part of our team since December 2012, and over the years, her role has grown into a little bit of everything! As Office Manager, she keeps things running smoothly—from the front desk to billing and beyond.

💬 “One of my favorite parts of the job is getting to know our regulars—the routine patients who have become more than familiar faces. More like family!”

Outside of work, you can usually find Taylor relaxing at home with her boyfriend and their wild Boston Terrier, watching sports or curled up with a good book. She also loves to travel and the experiences that come with it.

✨ Fun Fact: “When I was 19, I met Dierks Bentley at Verizon Arena on my birthday and got him to sign a birthday card for me. I still have it!!”

👋 Meet Courtney, one of the friendly faces here at our clinic and one of our amazing Medical Assistants!

With nearly 30 years of healthcare experience, Courtney brings a wealth of skill and compassion to our team. She’s trained in lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography, and her passion for patient care truly shines through every day.
Originally from Pine Bluff, where she graduated from Watson Chapel in 1994, then moved to Hot Springs in 2017.
“I love patient care and patient interaction,” she says.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Courtney happiest on the water or in the mountains, spending time with her daughters, Maggie and Marlie. 🎣🌅
“If I could pull a boat and camper, I’d probably disappear!”

👋🏻 Meet Dr. John Thrash, DPM, ABPS- the heart of our clinic!

Born and raised in Michigan, Dr. Thrash attended Albion College before earning his podiatric medical degree in Cleveland, Ohio, and completing his residency training in Columbus, Ohio. He then continued advanced training and practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, before making his way to Arkansas.

Outside the office, you’ll find Dr. Thrash running, cycling, or mountain biking-his newest adventure! 🚵‍♂️

“I enjoy podiatric practice because of the diverse and wide age range of patients — learning about their backgrounds and being able to help them with their foot and ankle issues. It’s a win for both of us!” 🧡
