What we are looking for:
Case Manager / Paralegal

Skelton & Stevens is in search of a skilled individual that can handle large caseload as it relates to social security disability matters. This role is geared towards applicants who can work within a fast-paced environment, things happen quickly and continuously. You may find yourself moving from one task to another without much time in between or juggling multiple duties at the same time.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Interact with attorneys, outside agencies, and clients.

· Research using various electronic search tools and the management of various database platforms.

· Attention to detail and daily ability to multitask.

· Responsible for intake

· Completing applications

· Obtaining and reviewing medical records

· Preparing and filing appeals.

· Fully support the factual research of each case, organization of documents and files, and coordination with clients

Requirements:

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail

· Ability to critical think and use analytical skills.

· Ability to work as part of a team and individually.

· Willingness to learn and be ambitious.

· Ability to juggle concurrent projects.

· Excellent time management skills

Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
