Most people come in seeing us for knee, hip, or even lower back pain, but a lot of the time, the "check engine light" is actually starting right here at the feet. If your ankles aren’t moving well or staying strong, your body has to play a game of "catch-up" everywhere else to keep you balanced.

It might look like we’re just playing around with a red rubber band, but we’re actually rebuilding that base. When your feet interact with the ground properly, everything north of the ankle starts to feel a whole lot better 😊

It’s no secret that pickleball gets more popular each year! It’s awesome to see everyone getting active, but all that quick pivoting and sudden sprinting can take a toll on the body.

Whether it’s a nagging shoulder, or a "pickleball elbow" that won't go away, these injuries usually happen when the body isn't quite prepped for the intensity of the game.

We're here to help you find the 'why' behind the pain so you can hit the court again, pain-free! :)

Our Story

Therapists: Rick Lee, Dan Myers and Michael Johnson.

The practice is owned by two therapists with over 50 years of combined experience in rehab. We have taken great diligence in defining a best practices model where we have combined our experience of proven results with academic research in our field.

We practice a “hands on” approach to the practice of Physical Therapy and combine the manual therapies of stretching, strengthening, joint mobilization and myofascial release with these of modalities to achieve the highest level of care possible. As modern as our clinical model is, we have a commitment to old fashion values and traditional medical care planning.
