My patient healing absolutely beautifully less than 3 weeks post rhinoplasty! There is still a fair bit of swelling along the bridge, but already you can see the contours of the nose coming into view. By 3 weeks, much of the up front swelling has subsided, and over the coming months, the final result will develop gradually! 🪄

6 days post deep neck lift!!! 🤯
A result like this could only be achieved through surgical neck lift. Patients often come in wanting to discuss neck liposuction, and I always explain to them the layers of the neck and what minimally invasive procedures can and cannot achieve based on that anatomy.
I explain that the deep neck lift is less of an “aging neck” surgery and more of a neck sculpting surgery which allows access to all layers of the neck. Neck liposuction is limited to the fat layer just below the skin, and in patients with deep fat or lax muscle (even in young patients such as this one), you would only be accessing a small part of what’s causing the fullness and lack of jawline definition.
At 6 days out from surgery, this patient healing absolutely beautifully. I am so thrilled for her and can’t wait to see how her contour continues to improve! Grateful to this amazing patient for allowing me to share her experience 🙏🏻
