Vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT), often referred to as vestibular training, is a specialized form of physical therapy designed to address dizziness, balance issues, and other vestibular disorders.

It uses exercises to retrain the brain and improve the vestibular system's ability to regulate balance and coordination.

If you or someone you know struggles with balance, dizziness, and/or coordination, vestibular training might be a good option to try!

If you're an athlete or play sports for fun, getting sidelined from a knee injury can be really frustrating and scary.

Once your doctor has given an official diagnosis to your knee injury, the next step may or may not include surgery. Or you might jump right into physical therapy if no surgery is needed.

At our licensed physical therapists can help get you back in the game. Depending on what kind of knee rehab you need, we utilize a combination of manual therapy techniques; mobility, strength building, and corrective exercise; neuromuscular re-education; and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Your PT will be with you 100% of the time during your session to give you their full focus.

Once you have completed physical therapy, our 1-on-1 Pilates method of conditioning will keep your knees, and the rest of your body, strong and mobile so you can play your absolute best.
