We are thrilled to see news of our $4.26 million philanthropic chain reaction of kindness reach People.

It is amazing to see our anonymous donors receiving recognition and to have 706 nurses across Lankenau Medical Center, Paoli Hospital, Riddle Hospital and Bryn Mawr Hospital benefit from their generosity.

At an event yesterday covered by 6abc Action News and Good Morning America, eligible Bryn Mawr Hospital nurses learned that they have been approved for grants as part of a Main Line Health philanthropic wave reducing student debt.

The coverage stems from the generosity of anonymous donors, each giving a large donation impacting one of Main Line Health's acute-care hospitals. The gifts total more than $4 million and are going toward the student loans of more than 600 nurses Systemwide.

A Venoscope is a small, portable light, designed to help nurses gently find babies’ veins without discomfort or risk. Its special cool LED lights make procedures easier, faster, and safer for our tiniest patients — keeping both babies and nurses happier!

Main Line Health is excited to open the doors to a new home for our first in-house Psychiatry Residency program! Accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), this residency program will have its new, centralized location at Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Located in the Founder’s Building at 101 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, this centralized space strengthens our commitment to expanding access to high-quality mental health care close to home. Resident physicians train alongside board-certified psychiatrists, licensed therapists, psychologists, nurses and social workers — gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, team-based outpatient setting that reflects real-world community care.

Together, our clinicians bring advanced clinical expertise, diverse perspectives and a shared commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based care across a full spectrum of behavioral health needs.

Bryn Mawr Hospital celebrated a generous $375,000 donation from the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair.

This gift marks the fourth installment of the show’s five-year, $2 million pledge benefiting the hospital’s inpatient psychiatric unit. The celebration also recognized the remarkable partnership between the two organizations, which dates back to 1919.

Thank you to all who have supported our mission!

The Devon Horse Show & Country Fair is proud to announce a $375,000 donation to Bryn Mawr Hospital, part of our ongoing $2 million pledge to support the hospital’s inpatient psychiatric unit.

This contribution reaffirms Devon’s longstanding role as the largest community donor to Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Devon board members and the hospital’s leadership team celebrated this milestone during a special presentation and reception held on Friday, December 5, at the hospital’s Pennypacker Rotunda.
