This Spinach Pesto is a veggie-packed twist on a classic—perfect over chicken, meatballs, or your favorite protein. Simple, clean, and full of flavor your hormones will love! 💚

Quick Recipe:
• 2 cups spinach • 1 tomato • 1 onion • 1 Tbsp garlic • Juice of lemon/lime • Salt & pepper

Need a delicious, new dinner recipe to try? We have the perfect thing for you! Try this healthy, yet flavorful, baked fish recipe. 🍽️ This is also perfect for the current Lenten season!
Ingredients:
🔸 2 lb fish fillet
🔸 Salt and pepper
🔸 1 1/2 tsp dry oregano
🔸 1 tsp ground coriander
🔸 1 tsp sweet paprika
🔸 10 garlic cloves, minced
🔸 15 basil leaves, sliced into ribbons
🔸 6 tbsp olive oil
🔸 Juice of 1 lemon
🔸 2 bell peppers, sliced
🔸 2 shallots, peeled and sliced
Instructions:
🔸 Pat fish fillet dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
🔸 Place the fish in a large zip-top bag. Add the oregano, coriander, paprika, minced garlic, basil, olive oil and lemon juice. Zip the bag shut and massage to be sure the fish is evenly coated in the marinade. Marinate for 30 minutes.
🔸 Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
🔸 Arrange bell peppers and shallots in the bottom of baking dish. Place the fish on top and pour the marinade over it.
🔸 Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is done and flakes easily.

With less focus on providing material representations of appreciation, this day is meant to cost absolutely nothing at all, so everyone can participate! Giving a compliment is easy, whether it’s telling someone you like their shoes, or letting them know they’re doing a great job — whatever it is, it can change someone’s whole day around. So this day is a reminder to vocalize your positive thoughts and watch them light up a room!
