After a full year of studying and countless hours of training, I’m proud to share that I’m now a Certified Functional Nutrition Coach! 💚

As many of you know, I’ve spent my entire adult life in the wellness field — from social work, to skin care, to co-owning Synergy Sports & Corrective Massage LLC. This certification feels like the next step in bringing all of those experiences together to support healing in a deeper way.

My focus as a Functional Nutrition Coach includes:

✔ A food-first approach
✔ Creating sustainable, personalized plans that fit real life

⭐️ My Own Experience with Darcy Nick, LMT & Certified Herbal Therapist ⭐️

As the co-owner of Synergy, I usually stay behind the scenes—but recently, I started receiving craniosacral therapy sessions with our incredible therapist, Darcy, and I just had to share my experience.

After just two sessions, I noticed a profound calming effect on my nervous system. The work is subtle and gentle, but the impact is deep—it truly felt like hitting a reset button for my body and mind. I’ve felt more grounded, centered, and balanced than I have in a long time. It’s like a meditative journey for your whole being.

Darcy is also working on a chronic shoulder issue I’ve had for a while—and I’m thrilled to say it’s already about 50% better in both mobility and comfort.
