✨ Breast Reconstruction Transformation ✨

This 40-year-old patient was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer. After completing neoadjuvant chemotherapy, she underwent a bilateral mastectomy with tissue expander reconstruction.

Three months later, Dr. Gowen removed the expanders and placed permanent silicone implants. These photos show her results 6 months after her final surgery.
