Hi! It’s been a while since I’ve posted. Not because I’ve disappeared—but because like so many, I’ve been deep in the work. Holding space. Witnessing pain. Helping people get through what they thought they couldn’t.

This winter was heavy—for many. And yet, here we are in spring—a season that invites renewal, reflection, and forward movement.

As a therapist, I’ve spent the past year walking beside clients as they’ve:
✨ Broken long-standing patterns
✨ Set boundaries and kept them
✨ Chosen healing—even when it hurt
✨ Learned to rest without guilt
✨ Rebuilt self-trust, one small step at a time

This season isn’t about fixing everything. It’s about honoring how far you’ve come—and remembering you’re still becoming.

Happy Thanksgiving! Reminder to my clients: If the conversation heats up tonight, just keep your cool—silence is the ultimate power move. Whip out your notepad and start ‘taking notes’; you’ll be amazed at how quickly everyone gets quiet. 😂 Seriously though, I’m incredibly thankful for all my clients; your hard work keeps me motivated. Enjoy your break, and may your turkey be juicy and your relatives be as chill as a Thanksgiving casserole! 🦃🍂
