In 1979, Robert and Roseanne Hoven opened the Hoven Funeral Home in Buchanan, MI. For 46 years, they have served the funeral needs of our community with dignity and dependability. After the passing of Bob Hoven in 2023, their son Jeremy continued serving the community with dignity and compassion.
We are announcing the change of ownership of Hoven Funeral Home as of April 21, 2025. The new owners are K.R. and Kerry Palmer of Palmer Funeral Homes, South Bend. Palmer Funeral Homes is a locally owned family funeral home and has served the community for 60 years. Palmer Funeral Homes remains committed to honoring your preplanned arrangements, and our team will always be here to support you.
