Countryside Healthcare provides 24 hour nursing care for all post hospital rehab and nursing needs. We provide short term rehab for illnesses like stokes, post surgery, cardiac rehab and respiratory diseases. We also provide long term care for those that need 24 hour nursing and cannot take care of themselves at home. We can also provide husband and wife suites so after years of marriage, they can stay together. Our staff believes our residents come first and we would love the opportunity to care for you our your loved one in our home like environment. Stop by for a tour anytime and come meet our friendly, caring staff.

Countryside would love to put together a car/bike show for our residents on July 5th from 2-4pm at our facility for 4th of July celebrations. We can have about 10 parking spots available for anyone that is able to bring their car/ bike for our residents to enjoy. Refreshments and baked goods will be available. Countryside Health Center is partnering with the American Red Cross to sponsor a community blood drive on February 20 from 11a-4p at Countryside (233 Carrollton St Buchanan GA 30113). Refreshments will be provided. You can go online to redcrossblood.org and schedule an appointment or you can call Faith Barkley at 678-435-1758 and let me know the time you prefer and I will schedule it for you. All participants will receive a $15 gift card from American Red Cross. Please come out and help us save lives.
