How you eat is how you do life. It’s true, how you do one thing is how you do everything. Have you ever thought about how you’re eating and what it says about you? It can be very revealing. For me, the inconsistencies, the binges, the starvation, the obsessive weigh ins, the constant gain weight then lose weight cycle, the inability to think about anything other than food—-all these told a story. The story of my heart and all the things I was afraid to face, running from, or wished were different. Healing has come in waves and layers and some days are better than others.
